So, I am so excited about Tasty Thursdays! This is the second week and I decided to join this week. I want to share a Creamy Peanut Butter Pie recipe. It is so delish! mmmm. If you have a recipe to share and to see all of the neat recipes go to The Pumkin Patch.Creamy Peanut Butter Pie
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup whipped topping
10 peanut butter cups
1 (9 inch) graham or chocolate crum crust
In a small mixing bwl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping. Coarsley chop half of the peanut butter cups; stir into cream cheese mixture. spoon into crust. Quarter remaining peanut butter cups; arrange over top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting.
