Tortilla Roll-ups


Tortilla Roll-ups

16 oz cream cheese(softened)

16 oz sour cream

5 green onions, chopped

1(4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

1 can black olives, chopped

10-12 large flour tortillas

jar of salsa or picante

With electric mixer, mix cream cheese till fluffy. Mix in sour cream. Stir in other ingredients. Spread layer of mixture on each tortilla and roll-up. Wrap the tortilla in a paper towel and refrigerate until ready to use. At serving time, remove paper towels from rolls and cut into 1 inch pieces. Serve with salsa.
