Book Review: The Burnt House

I used to read this series a lot by Faye Kellerman. So, when I saw this book at my library, I had to get it and read it. This is the Lazarus and Decker series. This book is called The Burnt House. These are usually a murder mystery. This time a plane crash happens (at an apartment building) and a woman is supposedly on the plane, but they never find anything, including her body, to place her on the plane. So her parents get Decker to find out who murdered her. Along the way they find a female corpse at the crash scene that is dated at least 20 years earlier. Through a weird series of events these two murders seem to be connected through the people involved. I really get into these books, but they usually take me a little longer to read. There are so many facts surrounded around the police work. I really enjoyed the book. I will have to say that I did not like how it ended though.

I LOVE Faye Kellerman and Jonathan Kellerman, as well. Looks like one I need to pick up at the library!

It is a bit of a change from the conventional Faye Kellerman murder mystery, but engrossing nonetheless! You'll forget you're reading and get swept up....
I hope your readers will post their reviews of Faye Kellerman's work on my Squidoo lens at http://www.squidoo.com/FayeKellerman
