Favorite Ingredients Friday-Salads Edition

Today is the salads edition. I am sharing my favorite salad dressing. My mil used to work at Jerry's restaurant and she says it really taste like it!
Just Like Jerry's French Dressing
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp salt
1 small grated onion (optional)
Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and paprika. Mix well. Add oil whisking until well combined. Add onion. Refrigerate. This dressing is best made ahead of time so the flavors can combine. I recommend the onion it adds a great flavor. Make sure to shake well before using.
Note: I recommend the onion it really gives it its flavor.

Mmm. That sounds good to me! I really prefer home made dressing too.

My dad is a french dressing lover - I'll have to make this the next time he visits.
