Today we are sharing dessert recipes. Here is one of my family favorites.
~
Low-Fat Banana Pudding
~
1 large box sugar free vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) low-fat cream cheese
2-3 cups skim milk
8 oz. packing fat-free whipped topping
3 bananas
vanilla wafers
~
Mix pudding mix and milk together until stiff. Add cream cheese, beat until smooth. Fold in 1/2 carton of whipped topping. In a serving dish, layer vanilla wafers, bananas, and pudding mix. You can either end with a layer of wafers or whipped topping. Chill.

I'm not crazy about banana pudding, but hubby LOVES it! Maybe he could eat this one with a little less guilt! :)
