What is the texture of this? Does it come out cake like - so that you can cut it? or do you scoop it out and it is still softish?

Hope you know what I mean - I have been wanting to try a baked version of oatmeal.

It does come out kind of cake like, but some will still fall apart. I like to put yogurt or milk in mine and it makes it not so dry, the way I like my oatmeal. :) Hope that helps.
